Is therapy right for me?

No matter who you are, talking to an unbiased, compassionate soul may benefit you. Interpersonal effectiveness is an invaluable life skill. It means being able to express yourself within relationships and getting your needs met. If you feel like you want to improve your ability to feel satiated, connected, and whole, try therapy — It's a way that you can start expressing your needs and getting your needs met by others.

Do you have a waiting list?

Typically there is a waiting list. It ranges from a one-week wait to six months depending on current availability and extenuating circumstances.

WHO NEEDS THERAPY?

All people have suffered some amount of trauma. Although not all people have endured “T”rauma, all people have experienced the subtle nuances of being let down, not being seen well, feeling missed, and left alone. All people deserve to have someone in their corner.
